I have the honor of servings as an ambassador for Girls Who Code (GWC); facilitator for Advanced Placement Computer Science Principles (AP-CSP) for Code.org; president, Orange County Chapter, Computer Using Educators (OCCUE); as well as regional partner with the Robotics Education and Competition Foundation (REC) to bring ensure access to competitive robotics experiences for ALL students in the region. All means ALL! I’m looking forward to discussing strategies to make CS accessible to ALL learners! As well as the “Why” behind why this work is important and why ALL students need access to high quality CS instruction.
