The role and responsibilities of a school leader require incredible self-awareness, and understanding of the pressing and competing demands from all arenas. Keeping one's head, while moving forward both personally and professionally can be challenging in the best moments. In this session, participants will develop an understanding of strategies, skills, and techniques they can begin to employ with immediate results for finding those moments of clarity, and harnessing those moments to develop more positive impact for themselves and their school community.
