The session will offer opportunities for all school leaders to learn and understand how the coaching of principals is important in leading their schools forward to a culture of excellence and continual improvement. Participants will be equipped with skills, techniques, and tools to manage and lead their schools to positive changes. Educational leaders will understand their own roles and responsibilities to make sure their principals are developed and equipped with the necessary skills to meet the needs of the students and school such that teacher professional performance and student learning outcomes improve.
