Strategies to Support Your Mentee of Color

This session focuses on strategies school and district coaches or mentors should consider using to support their mentees of Color in their first years in education. Mentors will leave with concrete strategies to support their mentees of Color as they navigate the field of education.  These strategies will help strengthen the bond between the mentor and mentee.  They will also support the mentee in having a positive outlook on their education career.
