Post-pandemic blended learning classrooms should support student needs as well as promote shifts in the teaching and learning environment to foster personalized learning environments. This presentation is designed for educators and administrators. Educators, including curriculum developers and counselors, will benefit from learning practical strategies for enhancing student success through online and blended learning models. All will gain insights into scaling initiatives effectively and fostering engaging learning environments. This session highlights innovative instructional models for delivery and professional learning systems to support. Transformational learning initiatives often begin with the introduction of new technology but stop short before teachers are equipped to shift practice and personalize instruction for students. Learn how Naperville 203’s strategy has built the capacity of educators to develop personalized learning environments. Understand the underlying professional learning structures created to sustain this shift, then use collaborative work time to draft a plan for your school or district. Participants will increase leadership capacity to establish and sustain effective blended learning programming for students while supporting instructional shifts with staff. Participants will strengthen understanding of professional learning structures that are differentiated to meet the diverse needs of staff by leveraging virtual coaching, district created online modules, and technology tools.
