This workshop is based on the research of instructional coaching leaders like Jim Knight, Elena Aguilar, and Nicole Turner, this session teaches instructional coaches how to work with educators as a partner, learner, and leader, focusing on coaching with impact, working with data, and providing resources while making effective use of digital tools freely available through Microsoft Education.
