Esports is an effective tool for engaging students, but what if we take it one step further and teach them the skills necessary to obtain a scholarship or career in video production, broadcasting, commentating, graphic design, game design, or web development? It's not as difficult as you might think. I'll share how I worked with industry partners and CTE classes to incorporate current existing coursework to create internships and career-ready skills for students in Fresno Unified.
