The 2024 National EdTech Plan underscores the importance of Universal Design for Learning (UDL), mentioning it over 74 times, yet many educators still find its application challenging. This workshop equips you with practical tools and strategies to unlock inclusive learning for all students. This session addresses the overwhelming responsibilities teachers face, especially those working with students with disabilities, by offering practical strategies to integrate emerging technology like AI into teaching practices, ensuring all students can access and engage with the curriculum. Through hands-on activities, real-world examples, and immersive experiences from the student perspective, educators will learn to leverage AI to enhance UDL principles. Participants will design AI-powered UDL lessons alongside colleagues, build custom AI models tailored to their students' needs, and experience learning through real classroom examples. Inspired by the St. Vrain Valley Schools Innovative Tech Framework, this workshop guides participants through critical questions and strategies to create more inclusive, student-centered learning experiences. Learn how to thoughtfully integrate new technologies into your district’s vision for widespread impact, from initial adoption to broad implementation. Attendees will leave with practical strategies, hands-on experience, and actionable insights to foster educational equity and innovation for diverse learners
