Creative Mindfulness and the Gratitude Project

Learn creative tools to support social-emotional learning with students and self-care for educators and the Gratitude Project which helps frame it in the classroom for students. We'll explore EDI and SEL for the edtech teacher and how the various digital and traditional tools that are available to support implementation. The therapeutic techniques don’t require great technical skill, are appropriate for any discipline, and will aid in cultivating presence and a sense of connection. We’ll also learn about infusing this work into the classroom with The Gratitude Project and model it by creating together.
