January 12, 2026
EXPO: ESPORTS THEATER: BOOTH #1042
Esports Leaders
What does it look like to have a global community that stems from a common interest in learning how to create a video game?
Enter Threadbare, an open-source game where imagination, storytelling, and game development come together. Every quest, character, and twist is designed by learners, which makes Threadbare both a game and a shared learning experience.
Participants will discover how hands-on experiences in coding, design, and storytelling help young people move from consuming games to creating them, building confidence, creativity, and professional portfolios along the way.
