How to Register

Online: Attendees can register online by clicking here. Online registration will be available through January 24, 2009. Please note the pre-registration deadline is December 19. Payment method for online registration is: Visa, MC, AMEX, or Purchase Order.

Fax: Attendees can fax their registration form to 708-344-4444. The pre-registration deadline is December 19, 2008, and faxes will be accepted through January 16, 2009. Payment method for faxed registrations is: Visa, MC, AMEX, or Purchase Order. Attendees can download a registration form by clicking here.

US Mail: Attendees can mail their registration form to the address below. The pre-registration deadline is December 19, 2008, and mailed registrations must be postmarked by December 19, 2008. Payment method for mailed registrations is: Visa, MC, AMEX, Purchase Order, or Check. Attendees can download a registration form by clicking here.

Conference Registration Fees

Pre-registration: On or before December 19, 2008:
Full Conference Registration Fee (3 days)	$215
Single Day: Thursday/Friday/Saturday	$140
Registration After December 19, 2008 and Onsite:
Full Conference Registration Fee (3 days)	$265
Single Day: Thursday/Friday/Saturday	$175

All Concurrent Sessions
Beverage Breaks

Payment Information

Check: Make checks payable to FETC. FETC’s federal tax ID number is 20-4583700.
Purchase Order: Multiple registrations may be included on one purchase order; however, a separate registration form must be completed for each conference attendee. A copy of the purchase order must accompany the registrations or the purchase order number and billing information must be completed on the form when mailing or faxing registrations. Enter the purchase order number as the form of payment when registering online and paying with a purchase order.
VISA/MC/AMEX: These credit cards are accepted by mail, fax, online and onsite as payment for registration and/or workshops.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Requests for refunds or purchase order cancellations must be made in writing and postmarked by December 19, 2008. No refunds will be given on-site or after this date. Refunds or cancellation requests will be subject to a $50 administrative fee. Please submit your cancellation in writing to fetc09@compusystems.com or fax to 708-344-4444.

Conference + Workshop Packages

Workshops are not included in the full conference registration and vary based on length and format of workshop. Prices for workshops are listed individually with the workshop listing. FETC offers a discount of $25 off of a full conference registration for each 3-hours of workshops taken, up to a maximum discount of $75. Conference + Workshop packages are outlined below.
