How to Register

Online: Attendees can register online by CLICKING HERE. Online registration will be available through January 15, 2010. Please note the pre-registration deadline is December 18, 2009. Payment method for online registration is: Visa, MC, AMEX, or Purchase Order.

Fax: Attendees can fax their registration form to 708-344-4444. The pre-registration deadline is December 18, 2009, and faxes will be accepted through January 8, 2010. Payment method for faxed registrations is: Visa, MC, AMEX, or Purchase Order. Attendees can download a registration form by clicking here.

US Mail: Attendees can mail their registration form to the address below. The pre-registration deadline is December 18, 2009, and mailed registrations must be postmarked by December 18, 2009. Payment method for mailed registrations is: Visa, MC, AMEX, Purchase Order, or Check. Attendees can download a registration form by clicking here.

Conference Registration Fees

Registration After December 18, 2009 and Onsite:
Full Conference Registration Fee (3 days)	$265
Single Day: Wednesday/Thursday/Friday	$175

NEW for 2010! Conference Registration and Hotel Package

This package includes a full conference registration and two nights of hotel (Wednesday and Thursday night room and tax only) at a conference hotel. Additional attendees can register for this package and share the original hotel room for a conference registration rate of just $150 per person. MUST REGISTER AS A GROUP. You will not be given the option to return later to add additional attendees to the room. *No additional discounts can be applied to this package except the $25/$50/$75 discounts for additional workshops added.

Conference + Workshop Packages

Workshops are not included in the full conference registration and vary based on length and format of workshop. You may add workshops to your conference registration to create a custom conference and workshop package, and receive a discount off your conference registration.

Hands-on Partner Lab Workshops

6 hour - $225
3 hour - $125

Bring Your Own Laptop (BYOL) and Lecture/Demonstration Workshops

3 hour - $100

FETC offers a discount of $25 off of a full conference registration for each 3-hours of workshops taken, up to a maximum discount of $75. Conference + Workshop packages are outlined below.

Purchase of 3 workshop hours is a $25 discount off full conference registration
Purchase of 6 workshop hours is a $50 discount off full conference registration
Purchase of 9 workshop hours is a $75 discount off full conference registration

Payment Information

Check: Make checks payable to FETC. FETC’s federal tax ID number is 20-4583700.

Purchase Order: Purchase orders are accepted for all methods of registration (online, fax and mail). The purchase order number, as well, as whom to direct the invoice (email address and contact name) for payment is needed at the time of registration. Multiple registrations may be included on one purchase order.

VISA/MC/AMEX: These credit cards are accepted by mail, fax, online and onsite as payment for registration and/or workshops.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Requests for refunds or purchase order cancellations must be made in writing and postmarked by December 18, 2009. No refunds will be given on-site or after this date. Refunds or cancellation requests will be subject to a $50 administrative fee. Please submit your cancellation in writing to fetc@compusystems.com or fax to 708-344-4444.
