Applications must be received June 20, 2008. Notification of acceptance status will be mailed to the applicant at the address provided in September. Providing a primary address will expedite mailing. You will receive an immediate confirmation email of this application at the email address you provide below.

The standard audio visual set-up provided for each concurrent session includes:

  • 1 LCD projector and screen
  • 1 podium with microphone
  • 1 wired lapel microphone
  • and 1 head table with two chairs

Presenters are required to provide their own laptop.

As additional technologies and audio visual opportunities become available, accepted presenters will be notified so they can take advantage of these offers if they desire.
